UPDATE 06.29.2023: The Quarter 1 networking event was a smashing success represented by 40 different businesses coming together to support one another, share ideas, and create power partnerships.
NEXT EVENT, Thursday August 17th, 9am – 10:30am, The Realtors Tool Kit. This will be a true roundtable discussion event with professional speakers from various industries – Mortgage, Insurance, Home Stager, Movers, Legal/Attorney, Home Inspectors, and more! – as they provide a “checklist” allied professionals and realtors should be aware of to maximize the relationship with their power partners and clients.
On Thursday October 12, 2023 participating member businesses will be tabling at Floor & Decor Skokie from 2-4pm to engage residential consumers. This event will be promoted all summer long with flyers in the mall and in public buildings. This group will also have an opportunity to table at the Monday Night Car Shows at Old Orchard. The Car Shows run every Monday afternoon & evening starting June 5 through August 28. Please let us know if you would like to sign up to volunteer at the Real Estate Roundtable table at Skokie’s Classic Car Shows. Volunteering and tabling at the mall will be exclusive to businesses that have formally signed up with the Real Estate Roundtable.
January 2024 will host an educational seminar, and Q&A segment on zoning, permits, renovations, and other construction related ordinances.

The Real Estate Roundtable presented by Floor & Décor is a group within the Skokie Chamber of Commerce, designed to serve all professionals that touch the real estate sector – whether your industry is associated with the purchase/sale of property, energy, financing, appraisal, inspection or one of the trades. We are continually working with the groups Planning Committee and sponsoring organizations to present relevant, topical, and fun events that create power partnerships, deeper industry information, and opportunities to engage your target market.
All allied professionals are welcome to attend meetings. Organizations that are members of the Skokie Chamber and submit the $100 Company Real Estate Roundtable dues gain free admission for all team members at these events and will be able to serve on the Planning Committee. Participating businesses will also be allowed to volunteer at the Car Shows, represent this group and your company as we hype up the October Community Expo Day at the Lincolnwood Mall. Organizations that are non-Chamber members or non-members of the Real Estate Roundtable will be limited to our regular meetings and subject to a per-person registration fee.
