Aaron’s background involves helping develop over $300 million of real estate. Projects have included large-scale condominium buildings, single-family homes, and residential rehabs. These projects were located in Evanston, Chicago, Highland Park, and Arizona. Aaron has managed the marketing process including the branding, strategic planning, and day-to-day decision making. In addition, he was involved in the land purchases, entitlement process, financing, planning and design, construction and unit closings for these developments.
Aaron grew up in Skokie, and attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Urban Planning. During this time he worked for the Economic Development Department of the Village of Morton Grove and the Planning Department of the Village of Skokie. Aaron is a licensed real estate broker. He has earned the designation of being a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and is a member of the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Aaron lives in Skokie with his wife and two young children.
